With nearly 25 years of experience, Kelly specializes in internal and external communications, corporate communications, crisis communications, media relations and change management. She’s a growth-oriented collaborator with a high sense of urgency, adept at prioritizing and focusing an organization on its most significant areas of opportunity.
Prior to joining AEF, Kelly served as the Senior Manager of Internal Communications at The Lubrizol Corporation. In this role, she served as a strategic partner and communications leader, developing and executing a global internal communications strategy to optimize the engagement of 8,000+ employees. She built and maintained relationships with a diverse set of internal stakeholders to increase visibility and improve the quality of communications throughout the organization.
Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Walsh University and an MBA from Ashland University. Additional accolades include Delta Mu Delta International Honor Society in Business.
