DonorCentral Portal Transition Notice

DonorCentral Scheduled Maintenance:

Please be aware a scheduled software provider changeover will occur on Wednesday, May 29 from 6:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. EST DonorCentral will not be available during this time. Please see below for more information related to this transition.

  • Your recurring grants (paid regularly) will continue and remain unchanged by the transition.
  • Unsubmitted grants that remain in your online “shopping cart” with a date of February 29, 2024 prior will be removed. These are grants you started, saved for later, and did not submit.
  • DonorCentral will be temporarily unavailable during the scheduled software provider changeover. If additional time is needed, we’ll update our main business with a message.
  • The URL for our DonorCentral site will remain the same: donorcentral.com. Please make sure your bookmarks are directed to this URL, as those pointing to the old Blackbaud URL will no longer work.
  • If you currently use Google, Apple, or SSO methods to log in, you’ll now need to use your Google or Apple email address for login and create a DonorCentral password. The Google/Apple/SSO login options will be reintroduced in DonorCentral at a later date.
  • Your current DonorCentral login email address will remain the same. Upon your first login after the transition, you’ll be asked to verify your account and reset your password. Please follow the prompts carefully.
  • An email will be sent to your AEF registered email address for account verification (which might be different from your DonorCentral login email).
  • Click the “Verify your Account” button in the email, and upon verification, you’ll receive another email to reset your DonorCentral password.
  • The account verification and password reset emails will be sent from: dfm-cores no-reply@auth0user.net.
  • Your recurring grants will continue without any changes during and after the transition.
  • Unsubmitted grants remaining in your online “shopping cart” for more than 90 days (created before February 29, 2024) will be removed from DonorCentral. These are grants you started but didn’t submit.
