ACH Setup for New Donor Advised Funds

In order to expedite the fund transfer process, American Endowment Foundation (as your client) wishes to establish ACH with all of their investment accounts. Please use the following information to fill out any necessary form we will need to sign to set up the ACH connection.

Once complete, send the form to newdaf@aefonline.org so that we may sign and return to your office for set up with your custodian.
