As the Chief Business Strategy Officer at the American Endowment Foundation (AEF), Noel Juguilon brings a critical eye in support of the organization’s business model through learning, data gathering, and strategic recommendations that help the organization understand and succeed in the market environment in which it operates.
A Cleveland native, Noel has an impressive track record and has spent much of his career with Wall Street institutions, including Goldman Sachs, Legg Mason, Citigroup Asset Management, and Deutsche Bank. His expertise is expansive, including finance and analytics, financial reporting, process improvement and automation, marketing, operations, product control, audit, compliance, and strategic planning.
After returning to Northeast Ohio in 2013, Noel immersed himself in community service and took on finance roles at Robert Half and The MetroHealth Foundation, demonstrating a strong commitment to his roots.
Noel has a finance degree from Fordham University and an MBA in executive management from Baldwin Wallace University.
Noel’s role at AEF capitalizes on his extensive financial expertise and his passion for serving the community, aligning with AEF’s mission-motivated organization to expand philanthropy. With his contributions, AEF continues to excel as one of the nation’s largest independent donor-advised fund sponsors.
